What was the highlight of Mercure Bali Nusa Dua
Very relaxing.
Lovely entrance through the grounds and gardens. The shuttle to beach was very convenient. The area at the beach was lovely and very relaxing. I loved the rabbits too!
The pool area was a bit tired. The buffet breakfast didn't have a lot of food that I liked. E.g. no healthier cereal and muesli, yoghurt, brown bread.

What was the highlight of Mercure Bali Nusa Dua
Unfortunately will not be back, same sentiments as others we spoke to around the pool.
Generally staff were pleasant although not eager or keen to help, the breakfast was probably the most disappointing I have experienced. The property showed its age with tiles loose in the pool, balcony door sticking due to swelling and strips coming loose, the shower was rusted and fell off the wall, the luxury pool view balcony was unusable due to the heat being pumped out by the air conditioner as it that took up a 3rd of the balcony. We also spent 4 nights at the Mercure Legian prior to coming to the Nusa due site and the difference was shocking, the staff at the legion hotel were amazing.

What was the highlight of Mercure Bali Nusa Dua
Good
They had a good breakfast spread each day. The staff were professional and well behaved. The location was good and the free shuttle to the private beach enabled a good travel to the beach and nearby Bali collection too!
The room design itself was quite inefficient. The basin was in the bedroom itself right beside the bed and the toilet and shower were weirdly separated out that was very inefficient. They provided complementary tea and coffee but did not provide the cutleries, though it's a very minute detail, you'd expect better attention to detail from Mercure. The staff were otherwise quite helpful and professional but I called the reception at night for some spoons and a bottle opener. They tried to tell me that the bottle opener was there in the room attached already which I didn't understand but they still didn't send the spoons either that night. I reached the desk again next morning when they cleared my confusion about the opener and sent the spoons promptly.

Could be better
The gardens are well maintained and look beautiful. The pool is very refreshing and lovely.
Rooms are small and very dark with not a lot of lighting at night. The fridges are not big enough. Room smells of damp mould.
